Experience: 1 to 10+ yrs (Experience in Corporate Counseling preferred, Academic counseling can add value/Freshener should have the below skill set developed)

We are looking for dynamic people who are willing to work with our clients group. Our preference is candidates who are career oriented with a zeal to perform.
Career Counselor should be able to council students/employee/fresher’s to help them achieving their suitable profession or career goal with various training module planning and helping them Re-design their career.
Develop, coordinate, facilitate, or present corporate/academic planning and career development modules with effective workshops (e.g. Career Redesign workshop, Resume development, identifying gaps of candidates and evaluating missing skills and helping with better opportunities, etc.
Counsel students on scopes of courses & Generating Leads through telephonic calls, mailers, seminars, social networking etc.
Participating actively in outdoor and indoor marketing activities & Converting telephonic, SMS & WEB inquiries into walk-in inquiries and admissions
Handling enquirers and getting the enrollment done & addressing all queries for courses, career & Jobs.
Role-Require a career officer, who is passionate about training and developing people, working with people to find their true potential and wants to be an integral part of firms exciting growth plans. The person will be part of the operations team who understands our business, training needs of people, experience and expertise of existing staff and also skills they need to acquire to play their roles more effectively.-She will anchor the training and development function within the organization to design and run effective training programs on an ongoing basis, consistently improve them, deliver few of them on his own.-She will need to be constantly engaging with the people to identify their potential, needs and be a mentor to help them achieve their career goals within the organization. The person will need to be closely working with operations to understand their requirement and designing the training according to the needs.-The role will essentially be one of development, of growing and motivating people, holding training sessions, developing training plans, identifying appropriate internal or external trainer, running the train the trainer program.Candidate profile:The following attributes are required in candidates applying to this position, Passion for people development Keen on making career in this area.
